1. Exchange Policy (1-Day Window)
We offer a 1-day exchange policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your order to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item must be unused and not consumed
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)
- The original item must be returned to us
👉 Exchanges will only be made for:
- The same item(s)
- Same quantity as the original order

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- A wrong order
Contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Perishable food items (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Items that are partially or fully consumed
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided in cases where:
- A replacement is not possible, OR
- The issue cannot be resolved through exchange
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically completed within 10 business days
